(a) To improve people’s well-being and to improve biodiversity, habitat and access to nature by establishing Cardiff National Park City.
(b) To embrace and celebrate the diversity of communities, cultures and the landscape and seascape of Cardiff,
(c) To champion the value of nature in reducing inequality in Cardiff
(d) To empower individuals, households, communities and organisations to take action to increase and improve the biodiversity of Cardiff
(a) To coordinate and promote action to establish Cardiff National Park City.
(b) To connect, amplify and support the work of any group which helps to establish Cardiff National Park City.
(c) To work with other organisations to secure their long-term commitment to establishing Cardiff National Park City.
(d) To carry on any other activities which further any of the above objects.
(e) To purchase, take on lease, hire, or otherwise acquire, any property or rights which are suitable for the association’s activities.
(f) To improve, manage, develop, or otherwise deal with, all or any part of the property and rights of the association.
(g) To sell, let, hire out, license, or otherwise dispose of, all or any part of the property and rights of the association.
(h) To borrow money, and to give security in support of any such borrowings by the association.
(i) To employ such staff as are considered appropriate for the proper conduct of the association’s activities, and to make reasonable provision for the payment of pension and/or other benefits for members of staff, ex-members of staff and their dependents.
(j) To engage such consultants and advisers as are considered appropriate from time to time.
(k) To effect insurance of all kinds (which may include officers’ liability insurance).
